UNDERSTANDING AND HELPING YOUR CHILD MANAGE ANXIETY
11/13 @ 9am @ MT. BETHEL
Please join us in this educational parent program to learn about anxiety and how to best support your child when they are struggling with emotional regulation. The program will focus on identifying anxiety, the impact of negative thought patterns, and how to support your child at home when symptoms are present.
When: Wednesday, November 13 @ 9:00 – 10:30 am at Mt. Bethel ES

BIRTHDAY MARQUEE MESSAGE
Mount Bethel Elementary School would like to offer you an opportunity to wish your child a Happy Birthday on our digital marquee!
Your child’s name will be in lights on the Mount Bethel marquee sign on Johnson Ferry Road for one week (Friday AM to the following Thursday PM).

Guests will may dine with students beginning September 3rd as space allows.
Please adhere to the guidelines below:
Guests eat lunch on the stage with only the student they are visiting.
No fast food items are allowed. You are encouraged to enjoy a guest lunch for $3.75.
Students may enter the building at 7:15 at the earliest. We ask that cars not enter campus for carpool prior to 7:15.
School starts at 7:45 am (Students must be in seats to be counted on time at 7:45).
Carpool in the afternoon is dismissed at 2:10 and should start to move by 2:15.
Buses typically leave campus at 2:25.
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LUNCH VISITORS OR GUEST BUS RIDERS BEFORE LABOR DAY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
ABSENCES & TARDIES
If your child is absent or tardy, please provide an excuse upon their return. You can use the Absence/Tardy Excuse form or email our Attendance Clerks directly.

BUS GUEST RIDERS
A guest rider is a student who rides a different bus home with a friend. Important information regarding guest riders: *NO GUEST RIDERS ACCEPTED PRIOR TO LABOR DAY.
ONLY ONE guest rider per host student will be approved.
Complete contact information on the bottom of the form is critical to your child's safety.
Transportation changes must be approved & logged in the front office daily by 10:00 am.
Transportation changes must be requested on the official MT. BETHEL TRANSPORTATION CHANGE & BUS PASS. It must be fully completed and signed by the enrolling adult.
If a bus is overcrowded or there is not enough room for students to ride safely, guest riders may need to call home to make alternative arrangements.
NOTE: ALL GUEST RIDERS WHO RIDE A DIFFERENT BUS ARE REQUIRED TO PARENTS COMPLETE ALL CONTACT INFORMATION AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM. ANY STUDENT WHO DOES NOT HAVE CRITICAL INFORMATION COMPLETED WILL BE DENIED THE TRANSPORTATION CHANGE.
