During the 2015-16 school year, the format of our School Strategic Plan continued to reflect alignment with District Goals and Superintendent Priorities.  Our three Superintendent's Priorities are:

1.)   Ensure that Cobb is the best place to teach, lead, and learn.

2.)   Simplify the foundations of learning to prepare for innovation.

3.)   Use data to make decisions.

The big ideas in Mt. Bethel's School Strategic Plan for the 2016-17 school year are to continue to implement Readers' Workshop with a focus on differentiation through small group instruction.
